Zenith Capital

Managing Partner

Kristof Van Beveren is the Managing Partner of Zenith Capital. He is a founder, operator and acquirer with a track record of building, scaling and leading businesses through growth, operational complexity and M&A-led change in the UK and the US.

He founded Weezy, the UK’s first on-demand grocery business, and led it from inception to market leadership in less than two years before its sale to Getir in an Evercore-led process. He later went on to lead Getir’s UK and US operations, overseeing high-growth expansion, post-merger integration and the sector’s first path to profitability in Western markets.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at SaaS leader Showpad, where he helped scale the business internationally, and spent six years at McKinsey advising on growth, M&A and operational improvement.

That combination of entrepreneurial experience, hands-on operating leadership and transaction execution shapes how Zenith evaluates businesses and supports them after acquisition.
